In the 21st century, everybody has equal rights in this Indian constitution. Is this ‘true’ ???

After the 73 years of Indian independence, there is nothing changed in our admission policies and our educational system. In this world, there is no other country except India that has a constitution in which inequality of a category (SC/ST/OBC/OPEN).

Recently, India has celebrated the 71st Republic Day of India. I am proud of my citizens of India but is this right to proud our constitution because this is purely derived from a Britain constitution due to which justice is delayed soon. So, our ruling government should modify and build advanced rules and terminology respectively.

Let’s view the most ridiculous things that India have currently faced it and that is a partiality between the categories of human according to based on its religion.

As Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar had suggested for the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, which was only for 15 years, but our country’s corrupted politicians don’t break this act and continuing till date.

In an Indian Army recruitment process, there is no category inequality the same way our educational system should follow these terms that a lot help to our general children. If we apply this in our general process then India gets superbly talented Engineers, Doctors, IPS, IAS, etc.

We should understand that OPEN category students are not belonging to the loaded backgrounds but the children have the talent to present something in the world but they can’t due to their financial situations.

Let’s understand this situation with one example like OPEN category students couldn’t get easily admission in a Government Medical College. They need to pay lots of money to achieve their dream or must say their position in this country.

So from the conclusion of this article, we conclude that everyone has an equal opportunity to grow their own self without any discrimination of any caste in categories.
